Robert Wälikangas has more than 20 years of experience working with legal matters in Law firm and The Adminstrative Court of Appeal. Robert has also worked at the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation, where he worked with legislation regarding entrepreneurship. He was also appointed as an expert in several government committees and a Swedish delegate in the EU and OECD.

Robert holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University. He started his career at a general law firm but has since then specialized in business law. Robert has particular experience of working with legal issues relating to municipally owned telecom and energy companies as well as other related industry issues.
